"Totally invigorating!"
"You found muscles I didn't know I had!"
"I hadn't found a massage strong enough for my taste, until now."
"This is the greatest massage on earth!."
"I feel light as a feather."
"Bliss."

Thai Bodywork is an invigorating whole-body treatment that combines acupressure, deep-tissue massage and yoga-like stretching. This ancient practice works to release the muscular and fascial tension that build up in our bodies over time.

Thai Bodywork We are made up of a network of tissues that connects one part of our body to the next; these tissues essentially hold us together. Energy that flows along these interconnected lines of tissue can become blocked and tense. Through vigorous massage and rhythmic stretching, these areas of tension can be released resulting in better relaxation and improved physical condition.

Unlike western oil massage, Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor, the receiver fully clothed. With her hands, elbows, knees and feet the practitioner works gracefully to open and align the energy of the body.

Thai massage not only effectively treats muscular pain and increases flexibility but also helps alleviate a myriad of conditions such as headache, numbness, sciatica, soft tissue, anxiety, and depression. The effect is a dynamic whole body experience in which everything is worked from the tips of the toes to the top of the head!
